What is the Service like? 

We generally start at 10:00 am with prayer then our worship team will sing 3 to 5 contemporary Christian songs. Announcements and an offertory follow then a sermon from the Pastor. Pastor Allen provides notes to help with references to the relevant scripture. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. We often Tweet (twitter.com/CLAWaunakee) during the services. The first Sunday of the month is open Communion and on the third Sunday of the month there is a family meeting after the service. The Family Meeting is to inform the congregation of the budget and affairs of the church. Family Meeting are open to anyone but only members can vote. There is another Service at 6:30 pm which is more informal and is typically a discussion based service.

Visitors are always welcome, you will never be asked to stand up and be recognized as new or visiting during the service however members may introduce themselves and welcome you afterwards.  There is no pressure and you won't be called or have endless mailings just for visiting.
