City on a Hill

City on a Hill is a faith-based nonprofit organization located in the heart of Milwaukee. One of the ministries of this organization is the free health clinic to meet the needs of the homeless, uninsured and underinsured in this area.  The Clinic meets on the second Saturday of each month from 10:30am - 2:30pm and serves over 200 people per month.  It is staffed by more than 100 volunteers, including doctors, nurses, health educators, dentists, dental hygienists, vision technicians, physician's assistants and social workers to provide health care services and education. Opportunities to volunteer are open not only to those with a background in healthcare, but also anyone to help in food services, greeters, escorts, providing prayer and evangelism. A representative Nurse from our congregation attends on a bimonthly basis and will welcome anyone that would like to accompany her.

Prison Ministries

Several members of our congregation are involved in Prison Ministries through the Gideon's International.  These members visit the Dane County Jail in Madison WI on a weekly basis and conduct bible studies and distribute bibles to the prisoners.
